Developed in partnership with the National accessArts Centre and supported by The Canada Council for the Arts and Unity for Autism, Sound.colLAB is an unprecedented collaborative project that provides an opportunity for eight neurodivergent artists to co-create an original piece of music with the support of eight professional musicians.

Exploring Our Stories Through Song

In partnership with BAYCREST@HOME & AVERY FLORENCE

In 2022, Xenia Concerts teamed up with  Baycrest@Home to offer Exploring Our Stories Through Song, a series of workshops for family caregivers of people living with dementia. Professional singer-songwriter Avery Florence invited participants to explore self-expression through journaling, mindfulness, and poetry within the context of songwriting. The goal of these workshops was to help participants connect with their creative voices in a supportive social environment.
