October 18 2026 – Xenia Concerts and City of Mississauga present: The Drawing Room with Charlotte Tang
Concert Description
How did music sound like 200 years ago? Join us on a journey to a 19th-century drawing room, and immerse yourself in dreams, fantasies, and friendships through music and art. Performed on a historical piano (also known as a fortepiano), this intimate concert features beloved works by Frédéric Chopin, Franz Schubert, Franz Liszt, Ludwig van Beethoven, Clara Schumann, and more. Audience members are invited to draw and respond creatively throughout the performance.
