Concert Description

We’re excited to welcoming back Kyla Charter, James Baley, and Phoenix the Fire to the Xenia Concerts stage! Blending her soulful vocals with razor-sharp rock tonalities and pop sensibilities, Kyla Charter is a singer-songwriter, vocalist, and rhythm guitar player. James Baley is a Juno-winning music creator and multi-disciplinary artist whose radiant energy continues to establish him as a distinctive and magnetizing performer. Sharing compelling stories through his vulnerable lyrics, James combines his R&B, gospel, and electronic influences to create soulful reflections and exuberant dance tracks. A Tkaronto-based actor, Gaitrie Killings is a theatre maker who develops facial expressions and body languages to bring Deaf/hearing actors to work together on the stage in physical theatre styles.

This is a rare opportunity to see these stellar performers together on stage with musical ASL interpretation, presented in a family-friendly style that embraces neurodiversity and disability.
