Join Xenia Concerts and Quatuor Despax for a fun, family-friendly, bilingual concert that embraces neurodiversity and disability! In this fun-filled concert, you’ll be introduced to the instruments of the string quartet, and the different personalities of the instruments (and their players). You’ll hear music from across three centuries, including quartets by Chevalier St. George, Emmanuel Despax, Felix Mendelssohn, tango tunes, and pop songs arranged by the performers. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to move your bodies, ask questions, and meet the musicians – in English et en français!
This concert is designed to welcome members of the neurodiversity and disability communities, their friends, and families, and anyone else who benefits from a relaxed, supportive concert environment.
