Two cellos and two cellists: they’re the same, but different! Join us for a fun and interactive introduction to the many voices of the cello. From the deepest bass notes to the lyrical treble, from quick, driving rhythms to soothing melodies, the cello—and the cellists of VC2 Cello Duo—can play everything from classical to jazz to heavy metal. Bryan and Amahl will not only explain what makes the instrument so special, they’ll also introduce you to music spanning over 250 years of history.
This concert is designed to be autism- and neurodiversity-friendly, and One Kids Place is a wheelchair accessible venue. Xenia Concerts welcomes all listeners.
